Portals Dynamic Light

I really want a Portals to have Light (Color same as Portals) like in Garry's Mod does, although there no command for it,

I know the command r_portal_use_dlights but it pretty useless to me.

the next every time you start the game or set in autoexec.cfg

sv_cheats 1
r_portal_use_dlights 1
portal_viewmodel_use_dlight 1
portal_transmit_light 1

Have you tried these? I dunno if sv_cheats 1 is needed at all, probably NOT needed. Regardless portal_transmit_light 1 often/sometimes set itself back to 0 during map/level change. You could bind it to a key to reload the setting easily.

(remember you might not need sv_cheats at all, can't test right now)
