Portal 2 Frozen on Chapter 6

I hit a checkpoint in Chapter 6 - "The Fall". When I'm standing in the hallway after the game loads my keyboard controls have no effect, but my mouse still works. I can not move forward in the game if I can't figure out how to fix this. Is anyone having the same issue? I've run into it on two different computers.

For how long did you wait? Chell takes a few seconds to stand up.

It's partway through the level, not during the fall at the start. A door opens to signify a checkpoint reached. Then it reloads in the same hallway and you have to walk through a second door, only I can't seem to make her move anymore at that point.
