How would you be able to tell unless you aligned the portals in a specific way anyway? You constantly play in first person. You can't even see your hands, let alone your full body. There aren't any other characters to apply it to in this game anyway since all the other characters are either disembodied voices (Cave Johnson, Caroline, the announcer), or machines (GLaDOS, Wheatley, all the other cores, the turrets, and the co-op bots).

You have to be very specific in how you place the portals, and I don't think there would be a dedicated nude mod that would be worth it for that rare instance.
