How do I unlock the Rock, Paper, Scissors gesture?

I completed all 5 courses and got a gesture everytime I finished one, but I never got the Rock, Paper, Scissors gesture. If you know how to unlock it please tell me.

You might have to buy it. Valve made hats, taunts and skins just like what they did with TF2, but it didn't work out the same. They have been closing it and re-opening it. I'm not sure if it's open as of right now, but I think the only way to get that gesture is to buy it.

play the levels without cheats on and it should unlock perfectly fine. if it doesn't then you could bind a key to do "taunt rps" or rpp rpg something like that i dont remember. its not a dlc gesture like qwerty said either. its unlocked after beating one of them so if you never went to the hub during the process of beating the game somehow thats why.

also if you bind something to a command with a space in it you have to surround the command with " or the game wont understand what you're telling it to do.

I believe that it's on a 1st or 2nd course, chamber 2 or 3. Anyways you can type a console command to obtain it

"mp_earn_taunt rps"
