Dude not even Nintendo is releasing games on the WiiU at this point, also Valve havn't released a console game since 2012 their last being Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
They haven't published any games on PS4 or Xbox One and those are very successful consoles.

So in summary, no, Portal 1 and 2 is not coming to WiiU.

The original Portal was ported to 360 in 2007, over a decade ago, let that sink in.

portal 2 came out in 2011. and has been almost completly ditched from development ever since. so the chances of them doing a wii u port are just slim to none. if not 0% chance. id say a 0.000001% chance of them doing that.
