Cant pick up cubes and cant press buttons!

Whenever i try to pick a cube or sphere or press a button nothing happens! This happened cause i binded a key to e without realizing everything E would normally do if you pressed it would no longer work. I unbinded the key yet it still doesn't work!

Does somebody know how to fix this?

If you can't go to options, keyboard and change use back to E. Then activate console, and type exactly this..
bind e "+use"
