"mat_bloomscale 4; mat_motion_blur_strength 3; r_portal_use_dlights 1; mat_vignette_enable 1"
this will add vignette, portals will emit light, triple motion blur, and things will glow alot better, if it seems to bright or you want to modify motion blur you can change the first 2 numbers. the higher the first one is is more glow. the second one is motion blur amount and same goes for last one it will be more motion blur the higher the number is. to apply this go into console by hiting ` or ~ under esc and then type the command or just copy paste. if the gray box doesent open then go into the mouse and keyboard settings> and check alow console then try again. this also goes well with crosshair 0 and portal_draw_ghosting 0 on those commands 0 will disable it and 1 will enable it the ghosting one will make portal xray go away and the first..... well it does what it says it removes the crosshair. if you want to bind it to a key then type bind <key> "command" and make sure the
""" simbols are there cuz most commands wont work without them. and the main command wich is the in the top of this comment will reset itself after you restart the game however crosshair and xray wont. i hope you like the command. this also shouldn't lag the game more at all. (this command was tested in portal 2 but you can try it in other valve games with the console but it would only do mblur, glow, vignette and crosshair everything else is pointless in non portal 2 engine games and it works in portal 2 mods aswell) i would also recommend useing this on max brightness because if you dont it hurts your eyes a bit. i am editing this comment for like the 1kths time and i worked out a disable command "mat_bloomscale 1; mat_motion_blur_strength 1; mat_vignette_enable 0; r_portal_use_dlights 0"
