How to get co-op course 6 (art therapy)?

It will unlock once you complete the other courses. Alternatively there is a command you can enter into the console and get there but I don't remember the command.

I've completed every single chapter of each course, but it doesn't work, and neither does the command.

Can you see the two buttons in the hub area? They appear in the back right hand corner of the hub behind a wall which rises up. They only appear after you have completed the other courses AS THE HOST.
