"Could not load library matchmaking" HelP!!
WHY CAN'T I OPEN THE GAME? It shows the message above everytime. I had reinstall the game twice, and I am sure that there's no missing files. Is there any solution to this problem?

Just a quick question, is everything portal related installed on the same drive? I had a problem like this with a mod.

Sorry I'm literally about to play with a friend and don't want to ruin anything :'(. You could create a thread, people also reply to co-op requests.

Sorry then I don't know :/.
But you should have a look here. http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1848946

The solution there was :
"Do a google search for "Take ownership". Install the registry entry, then right-click on the matchmaking dll in portal2/bin directory of your Portal 2 folder (go into Portal 2, THEN go into portal2/bin) and take ownership of the matchmaking files (there are two of them - a .dll and a .dylib).

This solved the problem for me."
