the combo mechanic is very weak in hoh2 compared to its potential in hoh1, combo set was stronger than the combo nova thing offered in hoh2. if you havent taken combo orb you cant even be offered that option from skillorbs, which means its easier to hit things that actually make your character stronger.
picking combo from the skillorb does not make your character stronger to any degree worth mentioning
If you are in multiplayer and thus get combo less often, switch its activation up at the library.
Its great damage, and increases your move and attack speed, it buffs all classes.
I feel the combo system would be much better if it was built completely into town upgrades or went back to the trinkets like HoH.
