People are asking our support about bugs that have actually been fixed months ago.

Downloading games illegally is uncomfortable and painful enough these days and we'd hate to see people additionally suffer from outdated bugs!

Could people point me in the right direction for learning? I've watched all the in depth youtubes.

Good logical games are rare and it saddens me that people are greedy enough to rip this.
Looking at all the sh1te, which is rapidly produced nowadays. Each one of them graphically appealing, half way done, no interresting story, full blood & violence, microtransactions, lootboxes and bugged, with a price tag of 30-60€ ... and yet people buy that. Just why :)

lol, I feel your pain. I, uh, have pirate problems as well and I do not even sell anything. It boggles my mind that support requests come from pirates, as if we did not have better things to do with our time than troubleshoot their unofficially acquired software.

Whatever you do, do not include checks in your software for piracy. They think that is "malware," and you will find the nutjobs are taken seriously way more than you would think.

Who are "they"? The pirates? Lots of games ARE malware because of crazy DRM (not often a problem on Steam though). The problem is that the pirates get the games without the DRM and hence without those problems. You often pay for worse software. I even have some non-DRM version of of games I already owned because the DRM is so awful! I wont mention names but 30fps more without DRM?! Looking at you Ubisoft!

Thanks dev! As an Ex pirate i really appreciate this. Circumstances made me pirated games before but now i'm a proud steam owner of 1200+ games in my library and i really like buying unique indie games like this!

We pirate for various reason but most of all is we like games but either cant afford it or for me not having the means to make a payment before. But educational game like this are rare and some pirates may learn something from it and i'm sure will repay it later.

Thanks dev for thinking about us poor fellas with questionable morals lol!!

This game was given away for free on the Epic Games store a while ago. If pirates cant be bothered to update their warez then its nothing to do with the developers.

Its not as rare as you would think! Quite a few developers will go to pirate forums or websites and ask them to buy their game. They dont ask them to take the game down, its just asking the pirates "If you play this game for more than 5 hours, please support us".
