How to downgrade both on steam AND oculus quest.

As for the oculus quest you will need to use this tool to get the stuff for the last update of superhot vr https://computerelite.github.io/tools/Oculus/AppVersions.html?id=2448060205267927

Next use this link "https://securecdn.oculus.com/binaries/download/?id=" and add the binary to the update you want then hit enter it should immediately start downloading the correct update.

Then finally follow these steps

1. Log in on oculus.com
2. Download the desired version
3. Uninstall Super Hot vr via Sidequest
4. Install the APK you downloaded in step 2

For oculus quest you'll only need to do that if you clicked "update" instead of "Launch anyways"

Not quite... oculus shadow updates games if you haven't opened them for a while.
