Didn't Get What's Wrong With You Achievement
Right, the achievement 'What's Wrong With You!?' is awarded for completing the game in one sitting... which I did. And I have recorded, and I'll throw up on youtube later (likely this weekend). However, I didn't get the achievement. I've tried doing it a few times before and every time, including this one, one or both of my hands freak out and start flying off into the distance or start having gripping issues... so I'd rather not try to go through all this again. My quads hate me. Any suggestions?

Probably they broke it when they removed part of the game.
My suggestion is: don't buy anything again from this developer.

Hands flying into the distance/gripping issues are usually caused by tracking problems. Are your controllers ever out of sight of your base stations/headset cameras?

Not usually, and when they are they usually either freeze or disappear. I've had the grip issues happen in other games, which lead me to believe it's either a controller issue or what you're describing, but the 'hands flying off into the distance' has thus far been restricted to SHVR.

I've had this exact same 'flying controller' problem happen to me and it is always (in my case) an issue with visibility between the controller and the base stations. The other symptoms - freezing or disappearing - are also in line with what I'd expect from a controller temporarily losing visibility to its tracking stations.

Isolated grip issues may be more indicative of a controller problem, though. It's possible you're just experiencing both in SHVR for some reason. Either way, your controller manufacturer could probably offer insight.
