Hand stuck on the ground

Hi, I recently got the oculus rift s and bought Superhot VR for my first game. The problem is, I can't do anything because my hand is stuck on the floor but the hand tracking seems fine to me (the boundary guardian still glows red if my hand approaches it). Is there any thing I can do to fix this issue? Thanks.

I've got this problem aswell, first VR game I'm trying since I got the Rift S today. Of to a great start :(

I tried the steam VR beta and deleting the save game in appdata.

i have this same issue. Reconfiguring my device did not help.

Reconfiguration should help but if it doesn't, please send us the output log mentioned in the FAQ here: https://superhotgame.com/faq/#toggle-id-14

You can try and right click on SUPERHOT VR in your library, go to Properties, then to Betas tab and choose "old-steamvr-patch" from the drop-down list.

Do tell us if that changes anything!

I’d love to help you figure out the issue here or send you my output, unfortunately I already returned the game because I tried for hours to get it to work with my Rift CV-1 but could not.

I had the exact problem as OP and couldn’t even pick up the gun in the intro. I have not experienced this with any other game and games like Space Pirate Trainer and Robo Recall work just fine for me.

FYI this issue appears to be fixed for me now? I didn't do anything except repurchase and reinstall the game.

problem, is, it does not give me the option for oldsteam vr patch...

I have the same problem and I have tried everything that was stated here. There is also no "oldsteam Vr patch" in the beta section. I have clicked it many times and there isn't any options that pop out. I had no problems playing this game with the oculus rift so I don't know why the oculus rift S has this problem.

I launched it through the old steamvr patch and it worked, but only for a second, then it froze and crashed
