'New Perspective' Achievement - How to get? (partially solved)

I've tried the following:

- Finishing the level lying down, killing the last enemies lying on the floor AND shooting the pyramid to go to the next level all while lying on the floor.
- Spending most of a level on the floor, only standing up to progress to the next scene

Anyone here who already got this achievement?

Edit: finally was able to get this achievement! Had to play a few more levels and in one of them it somehow worked, this time I was lying on my side and it worked by killing the last enemy of the level that way.

hmm... have you tried lying down, on your back and stomach? i'll have to do this soon to try and get it to trigger.

I've tried lying on my stomach, on my back, on my back with my head back so I'm shooting the last guy of the level standing over me upside-down while dual-wielding pistols like the picture...and nothing. I've tried this all over the place without success, when it seems like it should just be a "finish a level when your head is less than a foot off the ground" kind of thing. Other than the bugged GG EZ, this is the only achievement I'm missing. Does anybody know the exact criteria for this?

EDIT: Finally got it. Using the regular Level Select and clearing levels lying on the ground, I finally got it in the Helipad level. I lied down as much as I could the whole level, and cleared the last room lying on my side shooting the far away guys with an uzi. Nothing happened until I shot up at the pyramid which brings you to the scene of the helicopter about to crash into you. The moment I shot the pyramid and the scene changed, the achievement popped and the post-it appeared in the air.

hey some elaboration? how would you reach stuff? can you stand up when not shooting is that all?

I got it at Helipad (level 8), too. You can stand up to reach the pyramid for proceeding to the next sequence, alternatively you can shoot or throw objects at the pyramid. As user Ferraro explained, the achievement pops up in the last sequence right before the helicopter crashes into you.

how am i able to finish a level if i have to stand up to grab the triangular thingie in the end tho?

It only works with certain levels, you have to be able to shoot the triangle/pyramid while still laying down.
