If you are a new player, you just upgrade your weapon and armor when you can. The whole game is a learning of attack patterns of enemies.
once a zone's level is set (ie once you've entered it for the first time), it doesn't change anymore.
Not sure what prompted an elitist response about skill. I asked a simple question about where you can see enemy levels.
If you start campain at level 1 finish it with level 20 and reload it dont think enemies on earth will stay at level 1-5
They will start at level 22.same goes for adventure mode,
This is what I like to calls ♥♥♥♥ false sense of progression, where leveling up your weapon immediately makes you deal less damage because enemies have more hp and leveling your armor instantly makes you take more damage because it boost enemies damage.
But as I understand it enemy level is linked to gear level and not to Trait level, so you can spend points as you go without worry. Are there any traits that increase gun damage? So far I have one that increases melee by 1% per point.
