Is Razorwire Necklace bugged?

Compared it with the galenic charm and devastor +10 = Galenci charm 25% flat dmg boost devastor= 3.375 bleed dmg -> with razorwire necklace whioch should give 50% bleed dmg it`s down to 2.700 dmg... Has anyone tested it or can confirm it`s bugged?

Edit: Okay tested it with jungle claw -> with galenic 42 bleed dmg with razor 51 -> same goes for the throwing knives so i assume it`s just a display bug?
