Healer build: Burden of the Devoted doesn't work with Pride of Iskal's mod
Burden of the Devoted ring: "All damage dealt by the wearer is reduced by 15%. 50% of self healing applies to allies."

But when I use the Vampiric mod from Pride of Iskal my allies dont get healed!

Is this a bug?

Anyone knows a good use to Burden of the Devoted ring?
