Control Rod but No Wud in World?

I have the control rod from my current adventure. Wiki says that means I should have Wud the merchant in this world, but I do not. I have cleared all this world. Just the cryptolith, but that rod won't interact with it. Rod will not transfer to my campaign. Is this another bug or do I just need luck on my side until I roll both Houndmaster and Wud in the same adventure?

Follow up question. Where to get the cryptolith sigil? Wiki says you get from Iskal Queen when you give her the heart, but I've confirmed this to be false. Though the crossbow is still nice.

In relation to Wud and the Houndmaster, I think you just got unlucky. I've never had one spawn without the other, so you'll just have to reroll a few times until you get it again.

As for the cryptolith sigil, you do get it from the Iskal Queen, but not in the same place as you give her the heart. A dungeon can spawn in Corsus that has the Iskal Queen in it, and that's where she gives you the sigil.

It can spawn without one or the other. I have that happen several times in adventure. Wud is a guarenteed spawn in campaign though, if you want higher chances.

Thanks for the clarifications. I'll reroll some adventures, maybe reroll the campaign eventually. I'll eventually cross them and might add a little clarification to the wiki upon discovery.

I must be the most unlucky person on the planet then. I've tried for two months and always got one or the other, not both.
