"Missing DLC Entitlement"

I own both DLC, even played them, but now I can't, it says I'm missing DLC entitlement. It's a riot too because I can't even resume my current campaign since that requires the DLC.
I reinstalled the game, verified the game, deleted engine.ini, deleted all my appdata ini files... nothing works. what gives? please help.

If you right-click the game in your library and go to Properties > DLC, are the DLCs checked? If they are, I would try unchecking and rechecking them.

Never thought to uncheck them and then check them again thanks... Still didn't work though. doh =(

Just saw your other thread. Have you tried unlinking from your brother's account to confirm whether or not that's the issue? Would be pretty strange, but it wouldn't be the first time I've heard of DLC behaving oddly with Family Sharing.

Yup, I right click the game and said 'remove from family sharing'. I've also turned off family sharing.

yeah, it's definitely family sharing. even when I turn it off and disable it. It's hell bent on knowing about it it seems. I finally figured out how to get it to work but it's not an ideal solution... turn off my internet completely for the whole computer.. it works then lol.

well, I can play online with my internet on now too. seems like I just had to have it off the first time to re-load my save from my pc instead of the cloud save and boom it fixed the cloudsave too it seems or something. weird.
