Why would I want to play a game all washed out? If I wanted to do that I'd play starfield.
In my opinion it's such a small detail that doesn't really matter, I can see being a thing if it was first person. As for starfield haven't have the chance of playing it.
Well when you play on a tv with true blacks, it's impossible to see. The sequel has a flashlight and it's a game changer.
A lot compare the first game to the second one and I don't know why, ofc it's going better it got improved from the first game lol
Why wouldn't you compare direct sequels by the same studios? In fact those are the only fair comparisons to make for games really.
fair point but if you going compare then I would say take in the factor when they release this game it was a indie game and in my opinion it's a pretty good for a indie game at the time. I would say keep playing the game and if you honestly don't like it that is fine but there are still fans even with there flaws. Honestly I'm just happy they took this game and improved upon it in the second one, I looking forward to when I play it for myself.
It's really good, you should definitely get it. Indie game or not however, it's ue4 and adding a flashlight function can be done by even unpaid interns.
Here my thing about flashlight when I think about it, from my experience flashlight in games stop mattering to when Halo didn't add it in there games anymore but I can see it effecting you. Even so lots of games don't really add it in there games anymore, yes a small detail is nice and all but if you focus on that then you miss out on the bigger picture
Being able to see in a terribly lit game is very important actually. Also most modern games offer flashlights, especially with ray/tracing and path tracing now. More realistic lighting means games will be darker.
admittedly I'm out of my depends here since I was originally a console player until a month ago, however I'll take what you said in factor as well.
I also wish you can a way another without one as well so you can experience the game more.
I used a mod to turn off vignette, it helps a bit.
Also welcome to the superior gaming platform.
My brain is to small for "superior gaming platform" after I am duck and I often thinking only grapes. Luckily for me I have someone that does all the tech stuff, if I didn't I'll still be on xbox lol
Yeah I feel like we all had that "drug dealer" to hook us up, but once you get enough experience it's great.
funny enough I used to be a "drug dealer" I sold drug mostly to the elderly. Where I used to sell these drugs was in the public view in these big buildings. We didn't bother covering it up tbh, but yeah I used to have a boss that look over everything. Even had company paying us for the elderly who couldn't pay for there drugs
