a very stupid game
I am not a good player maybe , but a game where the first boss ( whit an infinity of mobs ) seems impossible to kill , and with two shots you are dead..definitely a stupid game. Waste of time . My advide is simply dont' buy.

Hi , try to be patience , i am italian and don't speak so good english...
I respect your point of wiev, but I think you have read only the first post and not the entire 3D. Many times I wrote that I changed my first impressions about the game , and only say that is a bit frustrating to spend many hours on the same area only to levelling the character....but this is a soulike and here we are . For the rest I concord , the game is funny. I also said that I wat the second chapter...think about it. But , generally, my idea is that a videogame must be funny and not frustrating. The work sometimes is frustrating , the life problems too , a videogame must be only fun for me. For example, I read in some posts that a guy has destroy the joystick after several attemps to kill the last boss of Sekiro, or another guy that defeat Malenia in elden ring after 300 attempts. Do you think this is the right approach to a videogame ? Probably those players was bad like me , but the 60/70 Euros spent to buy the games can worth an entire working day or even more. In any case, I wish you good luck and have fun :). regards . Dario

The only boss you could say needs some leveling is the last one, any other boss is a LTP issue. I still remember after I finally got how to kill the butcher boss (whatever his name was) how easy it was and before it seemed impossible.
Try some youtube vids, perhaps those will help. If you are up to 300 tries, then you are doing something very wrong.

Hi , no..no...simply I read the experiences of other players posted on the forums or Utube .I played elden ring 3 run with no great problems with bosses. I think is one of the best games I played. I remember that i defeated Malenia after 5-6 attempts , this is normal I think. I too go to youtube video when need advices , sometimes very useful. Have a nice day. Have fun... D.

This man complains about this game? How about get good? its a souls like game not meant to be easy and this is probably easier then elden ring for the reason there is no penalty on dying in this game this is one of the best soulslike you can play for people who suck at that genre of game. So just get good and dont make a crap comment and review for a game you put like 2 hours into and couldnt beat it because you refused to adapt, gear up, ect.

I applaud your efforts to communicate in English when it's not your first language! Your English is 1 million times better than my Italian. I completely agree with your point that a video game should be fun & enjoyable - not so frustratingly difficult that you are almost obligated to break your controller's joystick (like in Sekiro. My point of view is this: a consumer who purchases a video game should expect to be able to complete any video game that they purchase (unless that product displays a clear warning that it is very difficult to complete) even on the easiest difficulty setting. Would you consider it to be fair & reasonable - as a consumer - if you purchased a book or DVD (or a movie or TV series) and despite all of your best efforts, you couldn't completely finish it because it was intentionally designed to be extremely difficult by the maker of that product? Have you ever considered that plenty of older and/or disabled people also enjoy playing video games? "Getting good" can only go so far for an older or disabled gamer. Also, the point that doqumo1 makes with respect to spending 60/70 Euro on a game & not being able to finish it (even though you desperately want to do so) is very valid & I totally support his point.

games have labels, reviews, and videos. people should read product descriptions before they buy them.

its like buying a lemon expecting it to taste like an orange and then you get mad because it doesn't.

Remnant is a souls like game. Souls like games are known to be challenging in their gameplay mechanics. remnant is on the easier side of this genre.

op was expecting a souls game to not be a souls game. people who are handicapped SHOULD NOT PLAY SOULS LIKE GAMES because they require sometimes sharp reflexes.

imo there is literally no souls like game that is easier than remnant.

Hi , what you say is clear , but I think that nobody expect to play tetris when buy a soulslike videogame.
For me , the problem here is that not always the internet reviews , or forums , or youtube videos can give an idea of the real difficulty of the game.
Many times the youtubers are skilled players and the combat seems not so difficult. If you are a very skilled player who love the challenging games, simply you can choose the veteran level and that's ok.
I think that the easiest level should be doable ( at least the main quest and no PVP clearly) for the great majority of players , without must have the hawk eye or tiger reflexes , and above all don't be forced to play hundreds of hours for levelling.
Some games even don't give you the option to choose the level.
Wrong ? Right ?...I don't know , I think is wrong but is only my opinion and everyone has their own.
Unfortunately a new game don't cost like an orange or a lemon.
The nice thing ,if you buy a game on steam for example , is that if the game seems too difficult for your skills, you can return it and you will be refunded if you have played a few hours and bought it recently. This is undoubtedly a great option .
That's all folks..:) , a great thanks to all for the contribution on this 3D.
Now i return to play " ghost recon wildlands" in arcade mode...I recommendi this game , very nice open world if you love war games. As soon . Dario
