How the hell do you unlink your Epic account in this game?

I have tried everything from deleting all the files, reinstalling, unlinking on epic. Nothing works. How the actual hell do you do this.

If I remember right, I had to unlink my epic account through the epic games web site under account settings, but can't be for sure as I did it quite awhile ago

My brother used my Steam account in logged in his epic account I'm screwed as well can't play with friends because I am the same boat not knowing how to remove the Epic account from the actual game I believe that steam is the only one can remove the data

If you're still having the problem.
Go to epic games website, under account > connections, look for "revoke access" under remnant. Least that's how I had to do it while ago. Can't say if anything changed since then, I dropped epic like 2-3 years ago so information may be dated, but there should be an option for delinking it under the specific game options in your account manager. If not, customer support ticket would be only way I can think of.
