Questions about the game
I heard there is friendly fire in this game is there a mod to disable it or anyway to disable it? Since every game that I have tried with friendly fire just encourages trolling. Also I heard that this game has semi randomized loot does that mean it is impossible for players to get the same items like in Dark souls? Another question about the randomized loot does that mean it's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ diablo randomized loot where the 2 same items have completely different stats?

1 - There is no existing way to disable friendly fire unfortunately. Thankfully, there doesn't seem to be much trolling as a result of it. I play a lot of public coop and I haven't met a single person who's disruptively trolling. Team damaging and killing in good fun with a willing participant? Sure. But no griefing.

2 - The entire campaign is sort of "randomized". Different events, dungeons, and bosses will have their own chance of showing up each time you go through, and they have a reward exclusive to them. This means that yes, a lot of the game's content (around 60%) won't be encountered or obtainable on a first playthrough. This applies to rings and amulets you find on the ground as well.

3 - Everything in this game is extremely standardized. You will always find the same weapons and armor in the same way, with the exact same stats. There aren't any attribute modifiers to make two instances of the same item different. In fact, you can't even carry two of the same item - redundant pickups are instead converted to a bit of money.

To build on Evil's answer:

If you're still worried about people griefing there is a trait in the game that heavily reduces the damage of friendly fire, intentional or not. It is very useful when playing co-op with players who use a lot of AOE.

I just ran across a mention of that "Suspicion" trait:

"Suspicion reduces the damage you take from your allies in multiplayer.... Can be obtained by being downed 10 times by friendly fire."

I guess I'll need to have my friends shoot me for a bit to get that. It seems pretty silly to have friendly fire in a game where one of the character types is, theoretically, melee and, depending on the armor, might end up looking an awful lot like the enemies.
