They should make an offer for those of us who already had the base game and be able to acquire the dlcs.
the usual practice is to give us the current discount minus what we already own... but that is not the case here and I just am not going to spend my money until a deep discount comes for the DLC. I was glad to pay full price at launch and loved all the hours I have put into the base game.
Buying seperately :
22.74 Basic game
11.49 DLC1
11.49 DLC2
-------------
45.72 Total
Complete edition :
39.78
So technically its 5.94$ more to buy seperately, so yes someone who doesn't have anything yet is better to buy the bundle but not a big difference.
Unless they release a season pass that cost less than buying both DLCs separately I doubt anyone who already has the game will get an upgrade. You could still wait for a sale on the DLCs though, there is no sale on the DLCs themselves at the moment.
If you have the base game and buy Complete bundle you will get the discount for the bundle.
It is not like Disgaea 5 Complete + which has DLC inside the game and its a different edition.
We are in the Remnant: From the Ashes forums because there is no Remnant complete edition.
I picked up some of my extra DLCs Easter sale
So happens "The Outer Worlds" was on my wish list and it has the very same set up as "Remnant: From the Ashes". Steam has changed the system.
Steam/Valve is the ones ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you and they did it somewhat recently. its not Remnant.
ARS$ 998,76 for the bundle, and ARS$ 349,00 for each DLC. So it's more expensive to buy the bundle.
To be honest, I want to give the DLC's a go, but unless I'm getting 2x1 (means, 50% on both), I don't think I'm going to bother with them, personally.
Saw the "Complete bundle" advertised on main page and thought they would make a dynamic bundle, but well...
Thank God for Steam, if it wasn't for Valve we couldn't buy overpriced games that are either free on other platforms or cheaper on other game key websites!
Did you know Green Man Gaming is doing a better deal on Fallout 76 than Steam? No really, so I am going to buy it on Steam!
Hopefully that way I can contribute to the soon to happen destruction of any other retailer - that is cheaper than Steam - and we as the consumer can be held to ransom with a monopoly!
Thank God for consumer loyalty, no matter what your favourite gaming platform charges we will pay it!
Say steam dies due to competition of free elsewhere. Well then EGS will be the monopoly with all it's free games and gigantic debt it now owes back. Huh... well that didn't solve anything. As well, when the devs stop making money because it's being handed out for free, why make a game anymore?
Even at a discount, someones got to eat that cost. The publishing companies won't be the ones to eat that cost, neither will the devs. A good business will simply offset that cost to the customers. Who will then turn to other games because the price will not be worth it. Because that's good business.
