Go to the farthest south and you'll find a temple. There's stairs, climb it and you"ll find an entrance to The Ravager/Totem Father.
In campaign you kill a boss and enter a 2nd big map with the world boss so its 2 big maps per planet
You didnt clear everything, you probably didnt CLIMB a staircase to an upper level entrance, its usually a ramp to door in a tree, very well hidden.
If you play on pc use world analyzer

Regarding colour change of the symbols - need to try to play attention to that - so far i didnt notice
So entrances are orange - i see no difference in colour
Yeah, sometimes it comes down to a player being lucky and finding the right encounters to make the game a lot easier.
Like having the assault rifle or chicago typewritter on earth.
I hope they are working on the second game and they makine the game more skill based

Have same problem, most games give some direction, just have to explore everything here which is kinda a good thing.
There are a lot of things in this game that make me feel like I'm fighting the game instead of playing it.
