Game crashing on startup [Epic launcher]

It's with EVERY patch they upload, unfortunately. Same with me, Game crashes, Verify Files in Steam, 2 defect files, download the whole game. I don't know what's with people who does not have a fast internet connection. Takes me 15 minutes, but it is still annoying :-( UE4-crashes-bug

Buy it on Steam. If EPIC saves the money to give freee copies and use it to pay boards for their games you could ask questions there.

So what if he asks these questions here? Who is there to forbid him? By your logic if you go into a store and ask about some product you automatically must buy it or first you must buy it than ask questions or even worse you must buy it there and then at the spot or else you are not permitted to buy it nowhere else. Even tho their price may be higher or their product might be with lesser degree of quality compared to those on the internet or other shops. Doesn't make sense.

No, you go get a brain, EPIC is a disgrace for PC gaming, adding ♥♥♥♥♥♥ console polithics into our platform, and a forced store that is pure garbage. EPIC owners of this game requesting help on Steam, what a joke.

Steam doesn't need to pay developers, they offer the best digital platform and store and millions of potential customers. Meanwhile EPIC offers crap and bribes.

Ive this game on Epic (free)
No crash on start problem so far, the game works fine for me


Also, i dont see a problem with people from Epic asking a question on Steam
The OP is not trolling or launching a shop war, he is just asking a simple question
Anyone with a Steam account has the same right as everyone else to be there on this forum

Have you tried verifiying the files ? My game was crashing as well; verified the files and actually had to re-download 12.2 GB. After that it worked again.

Pretty dumb if you cant figure out why everyone doesnt have fast internet.

How to do it from epic launcher?

In your Library go to the game you want to verify (in this case Remnant) and click on those 3 little dots on the right; you can also uninstall a game from there for example.
