i use the void armour set and i can get medium weight using that amulet.
You wear heavy armor to gain additional defense at the cost of mobility.
And vice versa, you wear light armor to gain additional mobility at the cost of defense.
I don't see the problem with this? You sacrifice one thing to gain another.
I had the scrapper heavy armor and the void armor. I had my friend use light armor and go completely naked as well. I ran just as fast as him. The only noticeable difference was the roll recovery. The roll distance was less than a foot between us both.
