Why HP max level 20 ?

There's a ring that adds 25hp. I've found it in one of Rhom's dungeons. You can add more hp with it.

Personally, I've swiped it for +3% ranged damage per stack, up to 5 stacks. The other ring slot has 15% xp ring, at all times.

theres also the potion from the old guy in the helicopter on earth that give +25hp for 1 hour buff.

Probably he want to feel any reason to lvl up at all. 150 hp or 100 no matter, cos on full armor lvl 350 hero dies from 1 hit from most of the bosses, minibosses and even some regular monsters on nightmare. And any other traits are useless too. 20% dmg? 360 instead 300! Awesome! Especially when elit mob has 30k hp!

Don't remember the name, sadly, but I've bought it off of Wur, the blind trader from the second world. He also has a medium armor made of bones, which gives you bloodlust(up to +25% damage after a kill, for 3 seconds).

Needless to say, I'm wearing both, and doing truckloads of damage when I'm activating Hot Shot or Hunter's Mark.
