Ward 13 question
Gonna put spoilers up for this one.

I've just beaten the game, and while I know I missed a good number of things (Red Doe I can't even begin to comprehend), there is one thing in particular I am curious about.

There is a locked door in the back of Ward 13's B2, where you first use the keycard. I have no idea where a key is located for this door, as it prompts you to use an item. I tried to find the Founder after beating Nightmare, and he's nowhere to be found.

Is this unlockable, or am I getting epic trolled right now? I am sure there has to be something behind this door.

B3. Turn the power off and go through where the fan is right beside the door. You will find ward 13 master key.

There's a computer down at B3 that requires Admin access. Anyone know how to activate it?

Does the game "keep going" after you finish it? Like you are free to keep exploring / fighting?

Sure. The world remains the same until you reroll it.
