anyone found any secrets yet? or what the quest items do?

one thing I found is the use for the Ward 13 keycard. if you wanna know

Take the Ward 13 keycard and go to ward 13. Go below the reactor room to B2. go untill you find a keycard door use the keycard. Go further into this picking up everything and you should find a fuse. Take this fuse to B3. use the fuse on the power box and turn the power on. Now you can use your card to open the door. Do so and then go back and turn the power off. When you exit there is a fan thats spining if you leave the power on or not if you turn it off. Go behind the fan and you get a ward 13 master key. Turn the power back on and loot everything. There is something later I don't have it looks like a way to open a gate don't know what its for I might not be far enough into the game to have it.

Take the key and go to B2 at the end of the long hall there will be a locked door that this key unlocks inside you will find a brand new Submachine gun.

Thats all I have found for now. Don't know what the tarnished ring is for nor what the glowing rod is for.

I got the ring and revolver, the gun is actually so strong i love it.

There's a breakable furniture with a hole in the wall behind it at the start of Founder's Hideout with armor inside the (hidden) room.

Also, in the room next to the Fuse (3rd from when you enter), listen to the recorder. You unlock a Trait line called Elder Knowledge that gives passive bonus experience.

Yeah where's the coin? I've been triple-checking this place and I don't see it anywhere. All the way up to getting the SMG.

Ok, for the coin my guess is the location can be different because of random generated world.

Yup looks like coin is randomised. Found a YouTube video where a guy shows a corpse he found his on just outside the Founder's hideout, I just checked there and I don't have a corpse spawned.
