Submachine Gun in starting area

Seems to be a pretty good weapon in the beginning.

Ward 13 in the lower levels below the reactor core.(Requires Ward 13 ID card retrieved in the Founder's Hideout) Search the floor just below the reactor for a Fuse, it should be in the first corridor on the left in one of the rooms. Proceed to the bottom floor and install the fuse in the fuse-box on the wall. Turn the fuse box on and open the door down the hall. Once the door is open go back to the fuse box and turn it off(This turns off a giant fan in the connected room). Walk through the giant fan into the fan tunnel and grab the Master Key in the small room attached to the tunnel. Bring the key back up the the floor beneath the reactor. at the end of the 2nd corridor on the floor beneath the reactor, you will find a door atop some stairs, unlock with key. Inside the locked room is a Diary with some lore and the very effective sub machine gun.

Go down 1 floor, turn on the power (I assume you already got the fuse) and unlock the door then turn the power off

Turn left and look at the big fan, the key is in there

im not talking about the submachine gun room i'm talking before that theres a big metal door thats closed the dreamer rooms? one is locked with an item in it

how to unlock the door thats shut before going up to get the submachine gun? it has an item in there but i cant open it

If its the room i think you're talking about there is a window next to the door you can break out and jump through
