Can I kill all of the bosses in a single playthrough?

I killed Gorefist, Singe, Maul so far. But I feel like I missed so many bosses. I want to kill all of them, but they are pretty hard to find. Many people said that Shroud is the first boss, but I couldn't find it even after 5-6 hours of playthrough.

thats only the first world u completed there are 3 more world and each world have 3 boss and 1 world boss

thre are multiple bosses in every world, but you dont get them all in one playthrough, they get randomly chosen from the pool.

this is displeasing, went through my first playthrough in 10 hours only due to being a bad player, and felt the game was too short and not engaging enough. Needed all of the other bosses and events in one playthrough.

I dont know the math for this, but i would guess even if u play thtough the campaign 5 times, u will very likely not have seen everything (the game is designed in that way that u r supposed to run/rerun adventures in parallel to ur current campaign)
