Devastator got buffed.
Devastator + Bandit armor synergy got nerfed. It needed this nerf because it was brokenly OP.

I love when people see that something isnt grossly OP its immediately useless.

All I gotta say is. Devastator is great they made the alt fire usefull again with the balance from the synergy. Cuz literaly no one used alt fore cuz it was slower and weaker cuz of the bandit armor. Now you have reason and a stronger alt fire again which is now worth using!

EXCEPT minimum crit range. THIS makes it objectively worse than xbow.

Yeah, this.
I don't understand why they gave the devastator the min crit range, but left the crossbow completely untouched.

A lot of the other changes are nice though.
