How does the Void Armor 'Power Transfer' work?
Is that ten percent for all three pieces mean total or for each stack? Or does it have nothing to do with the stacks?

10% for each stack. You get one damage stack every 10 seconds you are not getting hit, if you get hit one of the damage stacks gets switched to damage reduction stack.
