Locked door in corsus DLC

There is a NPC next to a locked door in corsus, how do I open it. I cleared the map pretty much already and yet didn't find a key

1. To get into the door you need to roll a Corsus map that has both the Iskal Temple/Sanctum (where Queen is) and the Swamp Graveyard (where NPC with door is).

2. Next get infected with the Iskal parasite status effect. The green-ish enemies give it to you when they grab you and you don't resist the attack.

3. Go to the queen with the status effect still active. Tell her you want to help. She gives a vial.

4. Go to where NPC is (NPC must still be sleeping...if she is awake it will not work). Put vial in her soup pot.

5. Exit and reload your game. Do not roll a new world. When this is done, the NPC will no longer be there and you can go into the door.

You can still kill her after.
