This quote only includes campaign and the rest of the stuff added is in survival.
Good player could recover all new items in around 50 hours. Most likely due to the challenge in survival it will take you anywhere from 40-80 hours for campaign and survival items.

DLC is NOT only Survival ! DLC has new Bosses , one new Armor set , new Skins , Survival-Mode , new gear in general .

Depending on your luck on getting the right / correct maps together on Adventure Mode for the DLC it might take 20-40 (if you want to play for the survival rewards) hours +- would agree on this .

Everything also depending on your skill ;)

It doesnt have campaign. All new stuff is in adventure mode/survival. So it is random if you are lucky to get new stuff.
Also, new bosses are overtuned crap, so heres that.

on corsus adventure I must have spent like 15-20 hours to get absolutely everything.
Add a couple of more hours in me getting all the new trinkets throughout all biomes (though Im missing some yet).

Less than an hour unless you're collecting everything but rushing it 45-1 Hr.
