Does Trigger Happy trait do anything for single shot weapons?

Maybe in the case of using Bandit armor? I notice that there's still a firing speed for single shot weapons when you receive your ammo back.

Possibly for a projectile weapon like the crossbow it increases the bolts flight speed but, that's a shot in the dark (Do you like my obvious pun?)

It doesn’t do much it DOES help with the sniper. You ho from shooting into reloading faster, because its done quicker.

no not sarcastic. have level 20 sniper, running high damage crit. was wondering if the perk would do anything specifically on the sniper and hunting pistol.
