Did you by any chance get a Guardian Tentacle instead? If you DID get the tentacle, congratulations, you got the much harder drop.

Ixxilis drops 2 weapons depending on how u killed them.

Killing both at the same time(basically killing them both before the one left alive enrages) = Tentacle.

Killing them one at a time(basically killing one and letting the other enrage before you kill it) = Hivestone.
