Can I run it with my CPU?
I meet the requirements otherwise, but my CPU is an Intel Core i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz. What would you estimate my performance to be?

I'm also running a GTX 970 with 4GB of VRAM, 8GB of RAM, and a hard disk drive. How are load times on a HDD?

Get a SSD costs almost nothing today. Regarding Graphic card + CPU its enough to play on Low/Medium with okish FPS. Consider upgrading the RAM if you can aswell

Theres a few places you might see some significant drop (I get a massive dip near the elf queen for some reason?) but i'd say it should be playable.

I am using a I5 2500k, gtx 960 and 20gb of ram(weird I know) and can run the game and a lot of chrome tabs in the background. Using a HDD as well. Load times aren't very long and game runs quite smoothly. Mostly medium settings with shadows and AA set to low.

The game requirements state a I3 processor, a dual core model and a pretty low end one at that in terms of performance, you have a quad core.

20 GB of ram is overkill bro rofl unless you run Virtual Machines for work related tasks...

It was 8gb from 4 2gb sticks originally. Replaced 2 of them with 8GB sticks.
