Second pocket watch? (Spoilers)

If you trade the pocket watch for the bandit armor, can you reroll your campaign and listen to Mud tooth yammer on again for another one?

Also, if you fight the bandit leader instead and get the mod, can you trade the pocket watch in another rerolled campaign?

Basically, can you get every piece of equipment on one character with enough rerolls?

Yes. In my first run i got the watch.
On my second mud tooth spawned but i did not talk to him, brabus (his son) spawned there as a boss, i turned the watch in, went to mud tooth and got a new on.

You can get any item you lost or use in previos run, if u get lucky. And about watch. You can get armor for it, you can get perk in multiplayer, if you get to band without any watchs in party, and you can get skill if you kill the boss. And if you get more than 1 watch with you in party, holders can talk to boss to give him their watchs, after cutscene
