Bomber Hat?

Does anyone know how to get it? I've almost completed the game and have never seen it. Its a Russian ushanka hat that gives the teamwork perk. I saw someone using it on a fresh game, so it seems like you get it in Ward 13 somehow.

Do you know that every run is different?
When you beat the game you have seen something like the 33% of what the games has to offer.
You need to do the coop or to restart a new campaign (not a new character!) in order to TRY to unlock what you missed (bosses, armor sets, weapons, etc.).

So if you never seen it during your run, it's because you don't have it in your run.

Yes? I have every single item on Earth and everything on Rohm. I've rerolled countless times. I'm talking about someone I joined who was in Ward 13, fresh level 1 with all starter gear and traits. They had the hat. So its found somewhere in Ward 13. Its not a matter of randomness.

I have a feeling item cheating might become a thing, could always add it then... its a rather insignificant item so I could personally justify it

It's already a thing. Cheating is rampant, and your save game will inevitably be granted more money than you can spend and maxed out trait points and all traits unlocked if you join enough multiplayer games.

Ive been playing nothing but multiplayer since the 17th, so I really cant attest to that

I'd like this as well. I never pre-order out of pure principle, and bought the game after launch, so got screwed out of these "bonus-skins" for the starter kits. Can't stand that we lose out on these small and honestly pretty insignificant things (yet things that ARE there), just because you were too late/didn't preorder/refuse to buy into StupidityPrime (for that Bomber hat), etc.. Hate that devs do this, lock out small content things. I hope they make them available later, but I doubt it. So a mod to make them available in that case, would be nice, as my completionist OCD is kinda triggered by this. Esp after seeing the white Cultist hat/set (which I think is PS4 exclusive..?).

The white cultist set, along with the alt colored other two starter armors was a preorder bonus. Its not exclusive to any console or vendor, just needed a preorder.

Figured, wasn't sure, as stated. Only seen some PS4 videos where they were actually applied. Never met any randoms with them so far. Not sure if most people that have them even know they do, or know how to change the skins (Or care, for that matter)
