Report a translation problem
When you beat the game you have seen something like the 33% of what the games has to offer.
You need to do the coop or to restart a new campaign (not a new character!) in order to TRY to unlock what you missed (bosses, armor sets, weapons, etc.).
So if you never seen it during your run, it's because you don't have it in your run.

I have a feeling item cheating might become a thing, could always add it then... its a rather insignificant item so I could personally justify it
It's already a thing. Cheating is rampant, and your save game will inevitably be granted more money than you can spend and maxed out trait points and all traits unlocked if you join enough multiplayer games.
Ive been playing nothing but multiplayer since the 17th, so I really cant attest to that
Figured, wasn't sure, as stated. Only seen some PS4 videos where they were actually applied. Never met any randoms with them so far. Not sure if most people that have them even know they do, or know how to change the skins (Or care, for that matter)
