the last boss is impossible!

so me and my friends fought the last boss [nightmare] around 20 times and we didn't even get his health below 50%, we tried a lot of combinations of weapons and mods and tried a ton of strategies and we still loose to him, we get one shotted by his projectiles and the evade window is really small, its absolutely unfair imo.

is there any tips for the boss?, i am even desperate to cheese him if i can lol

EDIT : guys i know how the boss works, i know i must go to the dark realm and kill some mobs to get buffed but also that doesn't works for us!.

You get a dmg bonus by killing root mobs in the dimensional thing he forces you in, but you continuously lose life while in there, so take some down then leave and empty bullethell into the boss. Projectiles will more or less oneshot you, yeah, just make sure to have some distance and run to the side, they're quite slow.

so hes basically barragind you, and its easy to dodge, if we speak about mods, swarm is your best tool for everything, when hes summoning one player to other realm he need to kill adds there to stack damage buff, and should get healed with potions to stackk at least 8-10 stacks. after he just came back to boss arena and should do his best to burst boss health, and party should focus adds in the boss arena, so they dont mess with player who has a buff. when boss took some damage or get staggered, he opens his weakspot and here whole party should try to deal as much damage as you can. its not so hard, you just need to burn adds fast and dodge his barrage, his first phase is super easy, hes basically chaining same combos again and again, hes spinning, after that hes jumping and smashing the ground with aoe, after hes trying to fry and barrage you and after hit the ground with 2 powerwaves, after that he repeat this rotation till u kill him. also if we talk about projectiles, this attack is similar to ent and shroud barrages, and usually you can outrn this if you start running early, or you need to make 2 fast rolls at the perfect moment before the first 3 projectiles lands at you. so its really easy with light armor, so you get the fastest dodge possible.

we get one shotted by his projectiles and the evade window is really small, its absolutely unfair imo. , MAN GO FAR AWAY FROM BOSS AND ITS EASY TOO EVADE, and if he port you out into the other dimension, kill mobs and you get e buff, more monster you kill more buff you get and after you go back too boss you do damage ( only you ) and this is it

if you want to cheese, get the Beam rifle and the turret mod, use the turrets inside the nightmare realm when you get teleported and just keep spamming it until you have like 7 turrets and just watch as the stacks slowly pile up, you can get max 25, you can almost 1 shot it by doing this

If the barrage hits you, it's because you are too close from the boss. When you are too close the missiles actually seek you! When you fight him at a good range, they become regular projectiles which you can avoid with a single dodge on the side.

the problem is when i come back from the portal i will be placed right in front of the boss and he instantly kills me

RayanSub you are playing with your friend, he tell you if the boss has use the attack, and after this go out fast, and you just need too run away or dodge, and your friend need to go away from the boss because after you go back too boss i think you port near your teammate. i just killed so many times and i never stay so near after using the portal.

thats just bad luck with the timing. if you guys play with voicechat you should tell each other when youre ready to leave the void.

Takes a little time just gotta get the stacks of damage bonus from inside the dark zone and run from side to side to dodge the balls of doom.
