What is ur guys favorite Long Gun and why

Mine has been the Sniper Rifle, even at close quarters it is a beast of a gun, and it allows to traverse the maps unharmed.

ruin --- just OP and with my build i revive every 15 sec

Particle Accelerator. High damage, scoped with 5 round per magazine and reloads very fast.

Particle Accelerator, deadly as range, madness at close range when fully charge up the mod, especially in tight terrain
Crossbow, high damage/fast reload then pair it Slayer set and see damage soak up
Chicago typewritter pair with Bandit set because ♥♥♥♥ everything that move

Gonna be the unpopular one here and say the good ol' hunting rifle. The damage allows you to kill the weaklings in one shot, most of the rest in two shots. The clip size and fire rate allows you to keep a large number of aggroed mobs at bay, and the overall damage is pretty damn good for anything that comes your way. Take advantage of any split moments to reload and nothing can touch you.

The crossbow with skewer. It's damage potential is through the roof. 5 shots can hit for 1k or higher and if something is bothering you? Use the secondary and knock it on its keister.

Ruin. That second chance has saved me in FUBAR boss-room situations so many times. Also it means I can save a globe for someone else.

hunting rifle is the best by far of the starting guns IMHO its jsut good and reliable.
