Generate Less Mod Power Post Patch?
Do we? It feels like it. I upgraded Ruin from +7 to +9 since the patch came out so it does more damage-which should help it generate even more mod power. Yet I can go thru all 150 shots it holds doing an average of 50 damage per hit (at least 4 more per hit than before) without fully charging the undying mod. Before the patch and at rank +7, I would still have about 30-50 shots left when the mod was fully charged.

I haven't found any patch notes on Steam-did they change how we generate mod power or lower it?

they change the amount of mod power required to fully fill the ruin mod but also changed the effect a bit now it scales with the triage trait but also only give 10% dmg reduction instead of 25%

Ruin specifically got toned really heavily on mod power generation. I personally think it was a bit heavy handed since now it feels like it takes almost 2-3x as long even with full generation (Doomsayer and Spirit Trait maxed)

Yeah-I need more than the max ammo to fully charge the mod now-which seems kind of ridiculous. Are there any other mods out there that need more than the max ammo you can carry in order to charge the mod?
