About Ward 13 Keycard Puzzle
I tried doing the puzzle and I've done everything step by step, and once I opened the last door I expected to be getting an SMG, but it's not there.

Did you turn the power back off and go through the fan? And get the masters key?

Yes, I did that, and then I turned the power back on and went back to the Ward 13 lab.

Yeah, I'm inside of it right now and the SMG is not there.

Check your inventory, maybe someone joined your game and unlocked it for you.

you go through the GIANT fan that stops when the power is off andthere is a hole in the pipe and its int hat room

I checked my inventory several times. It's not there and I've unlocked the door myself.

It's not there? That room is where you get the Master Key.

Floor 2B, at the very end of the hallway you will find a red hallway, go on through there to get to a door. Unlock with key and the SMG is there.

Edit: Should be atleast.

I did exactly how I was told in the quest guide, turn the power on and off, go back to 2B (where you first use the card), and then reach at the end of the hallway with the stairway going up to the locked room. I used the Master Key there and the SMG is not there, just the hole and one bandage.

its a bug its happened to me my save got corrupted and i started a new character and found that this new still have the master key and all doors already open and the smg is not there
