Performance downgrade since launch's update.

Lemme preface my post with this: I love the game very much, and i'm extremely happy with the product that was delivered, but as of yesterday performance has been taking a turn for the worse with the new update. Also, thank you Devs! Great game, i'm having a blast!

In the pre-play faze, i was getting 60fps stable at 1080p with everything being ultra... but now in some areas like the desert setting in the middle of the major city like areas, i go down to 45-50fps. There even seems to be stuttering now and then, even in small areas that don't require much processing power. As you can see below, i should be able to blow this game out of the water, but ever since the update i've been having these issues. I can surely live with it, but i would love an explanation if not a tip? And below are two URL's with my CPU and GPU compared to the recommended specs:

DISCLAIMER: My GPU is undervolted, and my CPU is overclocked 200mhz. Both of these improve my performance even more, and i'm still getting hiccups. Is this game not AMD optimized?

Same here. Wanted to play the game seriously now and am pretty surprised to see it run so bad all of a sudden. Short after release i got around 100 fps on max settings. Now its around 50. Whats been happening?

game for me runs well over 100+ but i do have a 2080ti but longer i play lower my fps gets to were i have to reboot the pc

Are you playing boarderless windowned? I was getting like 18fps till I switched to FULLSCREEN
