The "white" ex-cultist gear set is a pre-order skin available to those who pre-ordered this game.
Overall, though, cosmetic options will always be appreciated. Gameplay makes the game, but the art makes it pop.
So, equip breath of the desert, then equip, say, beckon. Sometimes it will hide the mod and make the weapon appear as if it has none.
Then just switch back to breath of the desert.
I like this idea! In a third person game I want to look cool all the time. I think a full cosmetic system needs to be in place for armor and weapons. If they can implement the much requested "toggle helmet" then it seems to me that you can toggle any visual item. I honestly don't even think about the armor bonus. I just want to look cool! What's the point of character creation if all you see are helmets? Sometimes I just want to run shirtless with my cargo pants without getting wrecked, lol!
