Teamwork Trait?

The other ones give you more detail, but it doesn't. What does it do?

It increases the range of your teamwork 'aura', which every player in a multiplayer session gets and increases defense, damage and experience gain by a little.

Increases by 50% doesn't it? Maybe that is just EXP gain increased by 50% that I'm thinking of...

It's a buff/debuff on your char. While active press tab to read it.

Since this is a trait, you can also just press X on PC by default to read the additional details about it on the trait screen.

It gives xp bonus, dmg reduction and mod power generation while in X range of your teammates.

When you open the menu (e.g. inventory) in a coop ganme you can see the buff connected to this give all sorts of stuff like more EXP, more armor, etc. (in a small blue popup) the trait just scales the range.
