Single player vs multiplayer
How is it comparing?
Is it worth it for single player gaming?

People seem to think having more people makes it easier despite the fact the game up-scales to compensate. It'll only seem easier because there's the potential for someone else to pickup your slack. A vast majority of encounters are made infinitely worse by having more people around.

So yes, if you're looking to approach this game entirely solo, it's worth it.

Like what for exemple?

It's much more difficult in single player and it is balanced better for coop. Having said that I have played it 90% single player and enjoyed it. An example of the MP bias in this game is, this afternoon I played Coop for 10 minutes and got more scrap than I could make in over an hour by myself.

So, yes imo it is worth it for single player but don't believe for a minute it is better that way. It is clearly a coop game.

Having more players means everything has more health and deals more damage. At 3 players, this turns some normal encounters into painful experiences as the horde of adds that get spawned in are all tanky and hit extremely hard in a fight where focus fire is not possible. Like Red Totem Father.

The last boss is much much easier solo for this reason.

Single player is way easier than co-op on all difficulties. Co-op is more entertaining and a challenge cuz friends and stuff. Bosses have only half the amount of health if not less it feels like on single player.

I never had an issue with single player although I did play a ton of coop and probably got over leveled in a sense. I found some bosses easier on sp and some much harder.

SINGLE PLAYER IS EASIER, wtf are you playing on a controller?

Co-op is MORE challenging cuz more adds and buffs and if your teammate can't clear as fast as you, then you're going to have a harder time in Co-op vs Single.

basically through the first couple of hours by my self. When I got to a boss that was too tough i made my game joinable and did the boss with people and we succeeded. gg. I then left the game like 5 mins later because they just kept rushing ahead, zero exploration, which was dumb because everyones world is generated differently and I was trying to get loot.

I riotously love exploring! Everyone's playstyle is different, but I find taking in the pixel air more relaxing and less anxiety.
